Dawn Reaves has over 20 years’ success providing strategic financial, operational and human resource leadership, delivering significant impact to companies’ financial growth, performance, and direction in the tech, retail, event design and production as well as graphic design industries and is now lending her talents to the fight against substance abuse. Wherever Dawn finds herself, her focus is always on increasing efficiencies, whether it be automating expense procedures or streamlining HR practices.  

Always a champion of the arts in favor of keeping young people engaged, Ms. Reaves currently sits on the Board of Directors serving as Treasurer for Jamel Gaines Creative Outlet. Ms. Reaves holds a BS degree in Finance from The New York Institute of Technology.
