Chief Program Officer
Remi holds a Master’s degree in Public Health, with a minor in Administration and Leadership, from Monroe College. She is also a Master CASAC with a Gambling Designation and holds multiple additional human services and OASAS-related certifications. With more than a decade of experience in the substance use and mental health field across treatment and prevention settings, she has built the expertise, leadership, and strategic insight needed to drive meaningful results.
Drawing on her academic background and eight years of experience in communication and advertising, Remi brings a thoughtful, approachable, and community-centered leadership style to her work with individuals, families, and the broader community. Throughout her career, she has earned a strong record of success in client engagement and retention, referral growth, program development, revenue expansion, provider collaboration, staff training, clinical supervision, and patient satisfaction. She is also deeply committed to mentoring staff, several of whom have advanced into management roles under her guidance.
Remi currently serves as Chief Program Officer at Reality House, where she oversees both the outpatient and residential programs. Reality House provides a continuum of care, and her leadership supports the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered services to individuals and families navigating recovery.
